We accept payments exclusively via UPI, supported by all major UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.). In case of refunds, the amount will be returned to the same UPI ID used for the payment.

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. An unboxing video is mandatory for claims.
Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, sale items, and free gifts are non-returnable.
Refunds: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 4–7 business days to the original payment method or via bank transfer for COD orders.
